DELIVERY TIME
Each item is hand crafted and may not be available for immediate shipment; however, in most cases the time between placement of an order and shipment will not be more than 1 week. If quicker turnaround is required we can usually meet your request; email rush-order inquiries to: Heidi Marx Designs.
You will receive an email confirming your order and providing an approximate shipping date. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING
UPS ground (5-7 day) shipping on orders of over $200 shipping to a single address within the continental United States is FREE. Your order will be shipped insured for the full value if the items. We can not ship to a P.O. Box so please enter a physical address.
Orders under $200 shipping within the continental United States and all orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a shipping, handling & insurance fee of:

International:
For shipments outside the United States, UPS calculated Worldwide Express shipping rates will apply. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchange/Credit Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. No refunds or exchanges are provided for special or custom orders.
Authorization Shipping:
Before returning an item for exchange or full refund, you must email Heidi Marx Designs to receive a Return Material Authorization Number. Please insure the package for the full value of the items enclosed.
Heidi Marx Designs will not accept the return of damaged, tangled or worn merchandise.
Any returned item needs to be in its original condition. It must also be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped back to us INSURED via UPS or insured registered mail.
Please use a hard box or case to ensure that the jewelry is not damaged.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please email us at Heidi Marx Designs if you wish to return merchandise.
REPAIRS
If your Heidi Marx Designs jewelry needs repair, we will be happy to repair your item free of charge for up to 90 days after purchase. Tangled chains and other forms of damage can be repaired for a materials & labor fee.
Please note, as our merchandise changes often, some gemstones and other materials may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find the closest match possible. We will notify you prior to making any substitutions.
If a single earring is lost we will be happy to replace it for half the original price of the pair. Please email us at Heidi Marx Designs. In some cases you may need to send us your one earring so that we can match the gemstone. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, we may not be able to find a stone or other materials that match your original earring.
NATURAL VARIATION
Heidi Marx Designs jewelry is made from the highest quality natural gemstones.
These stones may vary slightly in color and shape, due to their natural origin and the fact that they are cut by hand. They may also feature natural inclusion.

JEWELRY CARE
Please handle ALL handmade jewelry gently. Never crush, tug or drop in a tangle.
Necklaces: To avoid tangles, as soon as you take your necklace off (never tug or yank chain), hang it or store half of it in a closed bag and then place the entire necklace in a larger bag, pouch or box.
Earrings: Hoops should never be pinched or bent to avoid misshaping them.
Never crush hoops between your ear and a telephone. Store earrings in their original packaging or on an earring stand whenever possible to avoid tangles or bending. Go Back |
